very interesting. it looks like no flash, and judging by the exof there was a bit of light available. was this indoors? what kind of light was there?

This has always been for the sometime that I want to shoot near studio quality shots (not quite) but without all the hassle.

I use long lenses as said above like FA135mm & DA200. My flash shooting even direct at almost 10 ft away has the same effect as fill flash. If I blend in well with other lights, I be quite ok without all those reflector, softboxes.....

Also I make sure my background is kind of far away from the subject resulting in zero or very little flash shadow.

And as I use sharp lenses relatively wide open, the flash shadow , if any will just blend in quite well
