Sun - Harbor - 16-50mm
Posted by thomascdk, 07-02-2009, 01:45 PM thomascdk is offline

Took a walk today with my brand new 16-50. Not sure about this yet, but somethings turns out alright.

C&C more than welcome.

PS: Should hit self for not using recently acquired Arctic Butterfly on sensor before this walk. Spend a lot of time cloning away sensor dust on these. Sorry if there's any missed ones.

Edit: Looking at the brick-pic I'm a bit concerned about softness...

Just upper left and upper 1/4 is soft on bricks. The rest looks good. But no matter, it is hardly noticeable. The chains shot is great. I also like the interesting point of view in the statue of the God of the Sea- Poseidon is it?

Oh yeah, I really like that heavy metal chain shot. We just dont get enough big chain photos in this forum. Very nice. All look good to me but personal preference is the metal.

Thanks to all for the nice comments. I like the chain shot as well. The statue is indeed Poseidon. The strong sun made this the only possible angle. But I think ti more interesting than the obvious shot of the front.
