Some photos from "El Calafate" and the "The Glaciers National Park" at Santa Cruz province - Argentina.

All photos taken with the K10D and the 18-55 Kit lens, after 2 years of using this lens I got surprised about it with this photos...

1. The most beautiful flag and some cute ladies

2. Enjoying the view.

3. A cold but beautiful dawn

4. As small as an ant

5. Walking on the Perito Moreno Glacier

6. Spegazzini Glacier

7. Perito Moreno Glacier

Wonderful place, and great images. I really like the third shot.

The ants in number four look like they are enjoying their trip.

Striking series, Andres - really nice stuff. Sure looks good compared with scorched and dry coastal Texas.

Y you tambien!

Beautiful images. Every now and again I put that lens on and spin it around town. It is surprisingly sweet at times. Thanks for reminding me... Think I'll go slip it on for the walk up to the store...

Its been too long since I've had a pair of crampons on. Made me homesick for the hills. Thanks for sharing some beautiful photos.

A lot of these images are superb! However, I'd contact the Argentinean government's environmental agency and advice them that someone has placed huge copyright advisories near the base of a mountain and the base of a glacier in images three and four respectively. Those images should be submitted as evidence so that the guilty party is brought to justice.
