I like the image. There are many positive things about it. The smooth lighting on the left hand side, no smudges or dirt on the bottle, nice background, good DOF,
and the perspective on the bottle
is fine.
Some other suggestions. I would consider a subtle downlight on the background to give some seperation and depth to the image (becasue the bottle is merging with the background). I might also add some backlighting to the right hand side of the bottle for additional linear seperation.
I like the stone edging quite a bit...however, it becomes just a touch of a distraction as the OOF portion of it climbs the image in the background. Additionally, if you want to portfolio-tize the image you might want to move the bottle to the left or right slightly for the "art department" to run their ad
On a personal note, dump the screw cap and go with a cork. The ambiance would help a wee bit.
Excellent image and I know it takes a fair amount of work to get this image to look this good. Congrats on the image!
