You've done really well with the Tak.
Congrats on this excellent series.
Very sharp and contrasty images.
Well done.

fantastic action shots..... i give extra credit for using some vintage glass...
it's so much easier to use 'a' lenses......

Great colors and capture of the action. I especially like #2, it looks like it belongs in a sports magazine!

2 and 6 are my favorites. Thanks for the positive feedback. Using MF for action is something I have not done a lot. I practise for it by attempting to shoot my crazy young kids. The practise paid off. I only shot about 50images and only 2 were out of focus. My jaw nearly hit the floor when i realised how many were in focus.
Then again... about a week ago I was using the guy in the pictures k10d and tak200. Keeper rate (as far as focus goes) was about 70%. Maybe the fact that i was in a wet wetsuit and shivering in the Aussie winter OVERpowered the SR

Anyway..... K7 + magnifiying eyecup + vintage MF glass is a treat!
I'd love a new 135 and 200 with AF BUT............ the cost for anything decent is restirctive.

I can't believe the height these guys get off the water, some great image captures there.

I am a kitesurfer and photographer.... The height of the jumps is what makes the sport so addictive. The jumps are HUGE and if you crash you hit soft(ish) water
