I don't know what it means, but I really like the even numbered ones a lot.

I know. I felt the same when I took it. There was something right then. Seen her walk into the building and was standing outside talking with a pair of sisters, long time family deep, close friends that never really got to know me, when I saw the women walking through the door. I knew I wanted the 55. MF and all. I knew it would do it. I had set the focus for right in front of me while I was half listening to the sisters go on. And I rolled the energy of that dialog right into this shot. Knew I had it. I looked at the women and had eye contact. She nodded her permission to shot. Watched her take a breath and place herself into the frame.
Straight from Lr this is lighter all around. Seems like that happens alot with flickr. Might have to move. Glad you like.

On 4? Takumar 55mm 1.8. And here's something that relates. 2, 4, 6, are the same lens. 8 is Uniphot 200mm 3.5. It is also a m42. All shot on my K20D.

1, 3, 5, 7 are Sigma 17-35mm. All shot on my K100DS.

Humph. What do you think?

Sure always game to meet up with another Pentaxian, not many many of us up here in the great northwest. I didn't recognize the fountain in downtown Bellingham, I need to spend more time around the house.

Did you do the art walk with a group or were you solo?

Let me know when your game.

Thanks Jer.
On PP. My monitor calibration is needing to be redone. Noticing that most of anything I post to flickr is darker than the same photo on the same monitor while viewed on Lr. Photo looks the same in every program I open them in, just not in any browser from flickr. Ideas?

Some of that is such different lenses. Seeing things differently.

John! Sometimes I see Pentaxian filmers. The fountain is Temp for the walk. Will PM contact info and try for some time. I work graveyard shift and am w/o car just now. Have always shot on my own other than occasionally I hand a camera to a friend. I like the idea of staying close by at times and talking through shots. My interests these days is to go onto GP with another shooter. I want to learn HDR shooting. Have bunch of flash gear too. If you haven't seen any of my work in GP dig around my site. Thinking of going tonight if the full moon is out.
