Posts: 1,948 | Thanks guys, all with the bigma (my usual walk around lens)  Tried out my new tripod too, a manfrotto carbon fiber pro4. The light weight is nice as is the extra height ( I didn't need to use the center post at all). However the extra length when walking around with it took some getting used to, I kept getting tangled up in the bush... I'll have to take it out again with a macro lens and try the tilt feature on that center column...just cause it's there. |
