I've got a few more but this is enough for now. I don't like posting more than five at a time anyway. A courtesy for those with slow connections. Like myself.
So this is for Jer the sailor. Can I look too? Just kidding. These all look pretty good, but you will have to blow them up to do them justice. Are these with the K20 or K10? All crisp and clear. I keep going in circles trying to decide if should go with the K20 or K7.
Wow - thanks, Mel. These are stunners. Number 1 really knocks me out. I really appreciate that you posted these.
Jer
Thanks! That one was handheld. The rest were tripod.

Yes you can look silly. Jer had just made the comment in my other London thread that he's a sucker for night shots. So, feeding my fragile ego, I posted more lol.
I'll probably blow up one or two in print but still deciding which. I have a slow connection so I keep the online things small out of habit. The largest I post online is only 800 pixels on the long side and those are on my flickr.
These were all with the K-7. I'm loving that camera so far.

One more question, if I may. I have always been an advocate of 100% viewing coverage for cameras, and I understand the K7 has that. Do you find it better or that it aids you in ensuring that only the elements you want are included in the final image?

Oh yes definitely. It's so much easier to properly frame and compose the image with the final product being that much closer to what you were shooting. One of the first things I did when I got the k-7 was pop lenses on both cameras ((k10d), set at the same focal length and compare what I saw with what I shot. Blew me away it did. I love that feature.
I have to ask, did you take advantage of the Gorilla pod for any of these, and if so, what on earth did you grip it to?
No. I used my regular full size tripod with the remote control shutter release thingy for these. I used the (borrowed) gorilla pod in Salibury Cathedral but just as a regular tripod, albeit a very short one.
