The best place that i've been able to use this awesome lens have been at the zoo and the dog park.

this lens is definitely part of a select few that make photos just "pop" out at you. Congratz on the newish lens

thanks! I hope that 55-300 is treating you well! I wasnt planning on buying this lens but when I saw it on clearance at a local store it was just tooooo tempting! so far so good!

The Da 300mm takes brilliant sharp portraits.The two close up shots are my favourites.Well done on your good sense of timing with these dogs.
