This is the old graveyard at Vlieland. In the portrait one a grave 'stone' made of whale bone. It's dated mid 18th century.

Nice images, Rense. I do agree about the dizzying effect - I'm trying to uncross my eyes right now with a cold beer (which works pretty well for this sort of thing).

Good photos Rense, like the colors but the bokeh from that lens is sort of weird. Thanks for posting the images.

what they said...man, i can't look at the OOF areas in #2 and #3 without really being bothered. Nevertheless, the composition and subject matter is excellent as usual, Rense. I like #1 alot.
that lens really renders bokeh that way? that is a special effect lens for sure.

Love the first one... but you knew I would!

What f stop did you shoot the "bothering" ones at... I dont think I have seen that look from the 44M, but I tend to shoot wide open almost all the time.

I wish you had focused on the whale bone more in that one shot... it seems to be focused in front of it a bit...

You are hurting these fine folks with your flashback / eye crossin' inducing bokeh, my brother

nic shots.
I love the little angel shot.
But sometimes I'm not sure if I like the "spinning" bokeh this lens is producing...

the other day and am waiting for the delivery; he/she has a reasonable rating and the lenses are cheap enough to take a shot with.
