Autumn fare 2
Posted by JMR, 10-20-2009, 08:36 PM JMR is offline

Here is part 2 of my series. Many in the series are simple reflections that can be captured as the wind blows and creates painterly and stain-glass like patterns. The last image is more of a pattern between the trees as it reflects the white sky and looks like a painting, at least to me. All the others are camera or wind movement, or zoom action.

An interesting idea, very much like an impressionist painting, perhaps Monet.

Love 'em. A bit of Monet in there.

Grant beat me to it. Monet would have been proud of first and last if he could see (and if he was alive of course).

The others are more modern and rather appealing, thanks for posting these JMR.

I wouldn't mind seeing how two and three look in B&W.

Usual uniqueness from you JMR.
Both impressionistic and stylish.
Adding in the zoom effect to your style is special.
Well done.

Many thanks everyone. Gary, I will try the BW, but I find it almost a crime to convert autumnal images to BW. Of course, there are always exceptions.

You know, I'd rather have one of these on canvas than a print of a Monet.

Once again thanks everyone. We are drawn to something and I guess I like seeing the softer more impressionistic side. At least on some days!
