I've got to say that I really love this photo - although I'm damned if I know exactly why. The B&W conversion is technically perfect - the detail is visible in the dark foreground but nothing is blown away in the lighter portions of the picture. However, it's the composition that captivates me - the contrast between the machine and the building? Again, I don't know - but I sure dig it.

Thanks, Jer. As well as this photo bein' an addition to my construction series, I was also attracted by how the tops of the cranes slightly mimicked a crescent moon, the same as what is above the minaret on the mosque.
