A Few with the Bokina
Posted by deadwolfbones, 11-04-2009, 10:19 AM deadwolfbones is offline

Well, a week or so ago I was considering selling this lens. Then I actually used it. Suffice it to say I'm not thinking about selling it anymore.

Most of these are wide open, some at f/3.5. Compositionally not the greatest, but look at that sharpness and bokeh. My gawddddd!

Hi guys,

It's the legendary Tokina AT-X 90mm f/2.5 Macro. These were taken without the matched 1:1 macro extender. The lens is capable of 1:2 macro on its own.

There's a great extended discussion of the lens here.
