Posts: 1 | GX-1L firmware & infrared conversion? Hello, I'm interested in converting my Samsung GX-1L to infrared photography. About a year or so I saw a firmware upgrade on samsung's site but was for some reason unable to download it (address not found) then the link went away. Firmware 1.0 does not have the autofocus adjustment override in it. Second question - has anybody ever converted this to a infrared camera by removing the IR blocking filter in front of the CCD? There's tons of info on the web for converting the *ist, whic this kinda sort is ;~) |

Posts: 303 | Look at Pentax Hack thread at Pentax DSLR Discussion - PentaxForums.com , it mentions debug commands that allow to turn on debug mode. May be it'll allow AF adjustment. |
