Camera Review Database

Adam, the lens review database is awesome- quick info on any lens. However, after looking for info on older film bodies, I've found there are precious few reviews out there. The best source for info is the K-mount page, but it doesn't have reviews. Any chance of creating a Camera Review Database? It would be more subjective than lenses because film bodies don't directly influence image quality, but it would be great to have user feedback without having to post yet another 'What film camera?' thread in the film SLR forum.

I'd 2nd that. Have been thinking on suggesting that. Especially hard to get reviews of older Pentax bodies. Or even if you say would like to know the difference between *isD/DS/DL. Should include Pentax K (all versions), m42, 645 and 67 bodies of course, but also other K body manufacturers as well, such as Chinon, Ricoh, Sears... m42 as well perhaps, as long as members are willing to provide them. Can't be more bodies than lenses.

This will definitely be added later down the road. However, at the moment I'm considering integrating a camera category into the current lens review database rather than establishing a new standalone system.

Great plan Adam! It makes sense to organize the bodies along with the right generation of lenses designed for those bodies. Or is it wise verse with Pentax? They build lenses and they has to design some bodies to put them on

One thought..it would be cool to add the graphic logos of awards taken by some Pentax body's like the K10D last year...

...and some other bodies in the past (Super A and MZ-5, is there more?).
