It would be a lot easier to quickly see what page you are on, if the selection color would be something else, maybe green. Would you agree? Here's a quick gimp.

Thanks . I've noticed that it always takes a few secs to see what page I'm on, and with some color it would be a lot easier.

I've now implemented the change, minus the colored background!
