Marketplace off limits?

I have a Takumar lens kit / set that has been on the marketplace in the past, now I don't qualify to post there! I was hoping to add my eBay link. Anybody know who I should talk to about this??

It's baffles me how people can still ask this question. Please look at the error message you received when you tried posting in the Marketplace; it explains everything.

Thanks Adam. I saw that. My point is, I've been a member in good standing, I've bought & sold in the marketplace forum in the past, now I'm persona-non-grata there.

It's just a bit irritating, I guess.

Sorry

On the bright side, you'll automatically get access in January even if you don't donate.

All the answers are in this thread: http://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/l...ce-access.html

I'm pretty sure I've exhausted the argument and won't spend any more time on the subject. Or would you rather have me flood the site with advertisements and make a 5-digit income?

well, if it's a change in policy, then i would appreciate if you would change the introduction page since simply creating an account no longer allows you to sell gear (or at least add a small * to the item)

thanks!

I guess that needs a little bit of updating! I'm actually currently in the process of re-phrasing a lot of pages on the site, and I'll add this one to the list. Though, creating an account is the first step to selling, and the ratio of registered users to lurkers is already low enough

Contributing community member in good standing = Fleeb off the street with $10.

New math. I never did get it.

In all honesty, I have to agree that it's a minor issue compared to keeping the boards free of advertising. Would suck to have Canikon flashing their wares on every page.
