Thanks for your interest. It depends on whether your country has the Euro as currency or not (I am not informed about Lithuania, please forgive my ignorance). If it has, then a EU directive applies that says that the cost for a bank transfer among EURO countries must not exceed the cost for a tranfer within your own country.
I frequently transfer money to Austria and had an incoming transfer from Finland the other day - as far as I know, there were no extra fees charged. Not by my bank and not by the other banks.
As for the question of the card speed: I don't know. It does not play a big role for my camera (K100D) - maybe it is important for reading the card in your PC but then 2GB should not take long anyway. You may be able to find more information on
