[SOLD] SMC Takumar 135mm F2.5 (Rare Version)

PentaxForums.com Marketplace Listing

Item for Sale
SMC Takumar 135mm F2.5 (Rare Version) with Original Pentax K Mount Adapter (SALE PENDING !!!)

Item Description
Hi,

I am selling my SMC-Takumar 135mm Lens F2.5 (screw mount - M42) . This is a rare one with 6 elements version. Just before switching to the K-Mount, Pentax released this SMC Takumar with 6 elements (Part Number: 43812). This is one of the best 135mm lens ever made by any manufacturer !!!! Do not confuse this model with the K mount Takumar lenses in the 135mm which are not great...

This lens is in excellent condition. Glass is clear without any scratches or fungus. Body is also excellent.

This lens is fully functional, very smooth focus from end to end and snappy auto-aperture operation.

Also the front and rear caps (Original Pentax) are included with this lens.

I am selling this because I don't use this very often. Also I am trying to get some money for a new tripod purchase.

I am also including an original Pentax K mount adapter for a screw mount lens. This itself cost $31.00 from the Pentax store and I am giving this free !!!!

friendly bump!

I highly recommend this lens. I have it myself. and i can confirm his assertion about the quality of the 43812 model (vs. 43802).

i think a look at my set of test shots here would convince any potential buyer to send iunknown a pm.

i actually think m42 is easier to use than pk-mount, if you have any reservations about that.

I might have taken it in the first few minutes if the seller had been willing to ship to me here on Neptune. Whoops, I mean Australia.
