Item for Sale smc PENTAX-A 1:2.8 35mm #5351215 Item Description I purchased this lens off of ebay about 4 months ago and haven't used it much sense then. The lens is in excellent condition. the glass has no fungus, haze, scratches or cleaning marks & no internal dust that I can see. it has had a filter on it since purchase and any dust in photos is on the outside of the element. focus is smooth and precise closer to that of a Takumar than its M series older brother. aperture is snappy with no oil on blades. aperture ring positively clicks at all apertures (both forwards & backwards) and 'A' setting works as it should. I can only find one major though very small blemish in the paint (see photos) other than that its has only a few barely visible brassing marks on the aperture ring by the 'A' engage button. the lettering is clean and vibrant. the mount is pristine with almost no visible marking. lens is made in Japan. This lens gives a field of view of roughly 53mm on pentax digital bodies. has hyper focal markings. f8 15ft/4.5m. comes with OEM pentax front cap and generic PK rear cap.
