This is a fantastic lens. Not very well known but excellent value and very sharp!

All PMs have been answered. Lens still available. To answer some of the questions, the lens is located in Arizona, just west of Phoenix. I have not done any formal testing with this lens but from the family pics I took with it at home I did not see any focus issues.

Not that I know of. Hmm, $200 vs $199...
OK, how about $200 shipped in CONUS. The warranty card has not been filled out. The lens is like new. |

I use this lens often. It is very sharp, you will be surprised. It is unknown as many go for the 24-70 instead. For the price you will be very please. My impression is that Sigma has stopped producing it because of the competition with 24-70. Many stores have reduce the price to remove it from their inventory, discontinue item reaction. I have compared photo taken at 50mm f3.2 with Pentax FA 50mm and sharpness is equivalent, I was floored by the results. Mine is not for sale!
