[SOLD] Flash (AF360) and Lenses (FA50, DA50-200, Tam 28-300)

I am selling my various Pentax (and Tamron) lenses as listed below. I thought I would try to sell here before I try that auction site. The prices listed are similar to what you pay on that auction site, so I am not going to deviate too much from each one, unless you give me a compelling reason. I am willing (within reason) to meet you somewhere (if you are local) and let you try the lenses with me before you buy

1. Pending Pentax FA 50/1.4 - $160 - This is the 50mm prime lens that so many people talk about in the Pentax world. It is sharp, crisp and wonderful in low light (and good light). It is a great lens for portraits and scenery, or even at parties where flash is bothersome. This works on both film and digital cameras.

2. SOLD Pentax SMC DA 50-200 f4-f5.6 - $125 - This is a telephoto zoom lens for digital only. It is a wonderful lens that I have used for baseball, football and even (using high ISO), indoors at swim and waterpolo events. It has given me some great shots of my kids in their sports and is a great, lightweight zoom that is great to have.

3. Possibly Pending Tamron AF 28-300 Ultra Zoon XR f3.5-6.3 LD Aspherical (IF) Macro - $140 - This is a "do it all" lens for those days you don't (or can't) change your lenses. This range is great for close up shots of people in groups and also for longer distances. I have shots from this lens blown up to 8x10 hanging on my wall and have always been happy with this lens for convenience.

4. Pending Pentax AF-360FGZ PTTL external flash. $160 - This external flash has a guide number of 119. That means it is much stronger than the onboard flash on your camera. This will rotate from 0-90 degrees to allow you to bounce it off the ceiling to eliminate the harsh light that flash gives people sometimes. If you have read this far, you know how this flash works, so I will not bore you.

There you have it. Make an offer for one or all the items above. I will combine shipping (and insurance) on multiple items. I prefer to ship to US addresses, but if you are a regular forum member here, we can work something out.

Jeff

Reply to EEk,

Yes, Laree, I am doing it, but there are still times I wish I knew what I was doing. But the ball is in motion. But, as I promised you.. remember?
