[SOLD] Takumar 200mm 5.8, 105mm 2.8, 50mm 1.4, and MORE!

I'd like to sell this whole collection of wonderful screw mount gear.

Takumar 200mm f/5.6 ten bladed telephoto lens, with original leather case, hood, & rear cap

Takumar 105mm f/2.8 telephoto lens, with original leather case, hood, Pentax UV filter & rear cap

Takumar 50mm f/1.4 standard lens with leather case (not original) Pentax UV filter & rear cap

Original and like new Pentax M42 extension tube set with leather case

Kamero 2x teleconverter with original leather case, like new

The telephoto lenses are in excellent shape and show little sign of use. The glass is clean & clear of fungus. Lenses have no visible scratches or cleaning marks, and no discoloration. Please keep in mind these lenses are on the order of 30 years old. There may be an internal spec of dust or two, but that should not affect images.

50mm

As you can see the 50mm has the typical yellowing as expected. This lens has seen some use and shows a bit of barrel dirt and a few dings & scratches, but nothing major & is still in good shape. The glass is clean, clear, and fungus free, so once the yellowing issue is cleared up this lens will make a fantastic fast 50. I just love the color rendition and saturation these lenses offer. No wonder demand is growing after 30 years.

If you'd like close-in pictures of the remainder of the gear, I'll be happy to add them.

First $350 offer wins the whole lot. I think the lenses alone are well worth it (based on recent Ebay sales - 105mm in lesser condition went for over $140 without case), AND you get the cases and extra goodies. If you're wanting a working collection, look no further.

The 105mm is a Super Multi - Coated

The 200mm is a Tele-Takumar. Not too common in f/5.6. Lots more f/4 200s out there.

The 50mm 1.4 is also a Super Takumar

By the way: Solution to the lens yellowing is to sit the lens in the sun with the cap off for a few weeks.

Wow. No offers on the kit. Fantastic base to start a collection - especially with the original felt lined leather cases. How much would it cost in todays dollars to manufacture lenses like these? Just to produce the cases would be expensive.

Please advise postage cost to Australia. Also, do you have any M42 adapter for Pentax? I'm looking for a genuine one, they are pretty hard to find...

Postage to Australia will be $40. If you buy the lot I will throw in a GENUINE PENTAX M42 adapter for free.

The rest of you, thanks for your interest in the individual items. Gotten several offers for various pieces, but if I can't find a buyer for the lot, I may sell the separate pieces on Ebay.

I'd be very seriously interested mate, but with the Aussie dollar so low... It'd be like... $565.052 converted!!!

Such a shame as these are in such good condition etc, but I could pick them up off Ebay here for soooo much cheaper. Stupid Aussie dollar, hell, stupid American dollar :P.

I just recently bought a Takumar 50mm 1.4 though and fantastic colour rendition!

Won't split the set up here. If I don't sell the whole kit I'll either keep it or part it out on eBay.

I've decided to keep the collection myself & I've even begun to expand on it.

Thanks all for posting interest in the individual items, but this sweet setup will be lavishing its elegance on my K100D for some time to come.
