20" Pro Grade Shutter Release for $15

This cable release is a 20" pro grade cable with the locking feature. There is a very small crack in the outer casing of the cable towards the shutter release end. Other than that it's in perfect working order. The spring back of the thumb release & locking mechanism works great. I bought this so long ago I can't remember the manufacturer but it's a pro grade brand. The only brand I can find on the Internet like it is Adorama's pro grade. Mine looks a lot like it accept the Adorama brand has gold finish on the metal parts. Adorama's goes for $29.95 new.

what models would use this type of cable would the ME or the spotmatic II use it? was thinking about bulb setting this morning and realize you really should have a remote release for that with these two cameras

Hello,

I'm certain that the female thread size in all the older film SLRs shutter buttons are a universal size much like tripod threads being universal. So there should be no problem with your ME or Spotmatic, as long as the female threads on your shutter buttons are not damaged.

this doesn't compute to this age of digital cameras.. i have two of these and someday i can give them away as a gift..
i made a 30foot digital release with stuff laying around..
at this time i upgraded to a IR remote from ebay for $4
