The only cosmetic flaws are scratches on the sliding lens hood & slighter scratches on the body where the hood slides, see picture. Glass is very clean, focusing is tight & smooth & aperture ring functions like new. No other cosmetic flaws other than the hood and scratches on the front lens cap. This lens is a pleasure to use. Very compact & can use hand-held with very good results. I'll attach a couple hand-held shots. It does include original Pentax caps & a generic soft case.
