I have an SG focus screen I just took out of my MX to go back to the stock screen. I believe this will also fit in the LX...so please correct me if I'm wrong.

It's in good shape...some specks of dust expected from an old piece like this. No scratches...nothing that would prevent you from using it.

Metering was fine on my MX since this was an OEM option from Pentax.

Please see the description from an original Pentax brochure (not included). It comes in the standard Pentax hard case with a set of tweezers.
