Item Description
Here we have an SMC Pentax-A 70-210mm F4 in excellent condition. This lens should need no introduction. It's constant F4 aperture and decent reach and range make it a real jewel. The lens IMO is sharp wide open and doesn't need to be stopped down at all for usable shots.

Here's a wide open 100% crop @ 210mm with no sharpening at ISO 400 on my K100D

[Edit: After clicking the image it doesn't get any larger for me. If you right click it and "view image" in a new tab or window you should get the full size image. Damn forum software ;-)

The only issue with this copy, and it's a small issue is that the built in hood has a bit of a dent.

Glass is clean and clear with no haze or fog or fungus or scratches. Aperture blades are dry and fast. Includes original front and rear caps.

Thanks for looking!

Friendly bump. This lens is as close as it can get to L glass without spending a fortune.
I owned one, and I liked it a lot. If only Pentax was smart enough, they would reincarnate this optical formula with SDM.

Thanks for the bump. I'm getting really scared someone is going to buy this lens.

Regards,
Mike

You know, I think you're right. I'm keeping it, for now.
