Perfect condition DA 40mm purchased from B&H on 5/24/09. Comes with receipt and remainder of US warranty.
Lens comes with all accessories in box: Leather pouch, original caps and hood, untouched paperwork ...everything is in original and barely used condition. The box is in nice condition but the UPS code has been removed.
Price is shipped with all fees included. I can supply pics if requested but it's all boxed up and ready to ship. I assure you it is in mint condition. It has hardly been touched!
