[SOLD] Pentax-A 50mm f1.2 Prime Lens

I have a Pentax-A 50mm f1.2 prime lens for sale.

This is the well-known and much talked about Pentax super-fast prime lens. This is the late version with the A setting. It is a beautiful chunk of glass. Properly used, it takes great pictures, even wide open. This is the fastest glass you can get on a Pentax. Low light photography is great. Bokeh is great. There is also a "K" version, but it doesn't have the "A" setting which allows on body aperature control. This version is much more desirable and generally better regarded. I actually have both and I can attest to this lens having a slightly better coating and slightly better contrast (although sharpness is the same). It also has 9 blades which creates a slightly better bokeh.

This particular sample was well-loved and often used. It has significant wear on the barrel paint (especially on the filter rim). It has some dust inside as is natural for a lens which actually was used regularly (does not affect image quality one bit as compared to my other f1.2 which is totally clean). It also has one super tiny peck on the front glass (way too small to be photographed, about 1/10 of a mm), also does not affect image quality, you may not even notice it, but I fully disclaim everything. This aside, everything works as it should. The aperature clicks solidly and is fully metal (unlike other A lenses). The multicoating has no problems. No yellowing or fungus. Focus is super smooth. No oil on the blades. Filters mount without problems. All-in-all a fully functional lens. Comes with original rear cap and generic front cap.

Asking 460+shipping.

International buyers are welcome, I ship internationally all the time. I have many, many positive reviews on this forum from previous buyers.

Shipping costs include insurance (that's why its a bit high):

US $20
Canada $30
Please inquire for other locations, (likely $40)

I also have some accessories for sale, if you buy this lens, shipping on the accessories are free. Click link below:

I know what you mean! How many times do I have to walk around the block before somebody else buys this!

(hey wait, if you're in a straight jacket...)

There is no "M" version, only other version is the K. sorry
BTW, Nice lens though. I almost bought one of these today.

My mistake about the "M". You are right there is no "M f1.2", but you know what I meant, I meant a manual lens with no in-body aperature control capability. However if we want to be exact there is no "K" either. Pentax never labeled any of the first K-mount series "K", they simply called them SMC Pentax .....
We simply refer to them as "K" because they need a designation.

Is that nine blades or eight?
