Item Description  Click on the image to view it in a larger size This is a beautiful example of the PENTAX-F 1:1.7 50mm auto-focus lens. I've listed the condition as merely "Excellent" because if you look very closely, you can see some minor scuffs which show it's been used, but it's in truly great shape. The glass is flawless and the aperture is clean, dry and snappy. The autofocus functions perfectly, and the is probably my fastest focusing lens on the K-7 (owing to the fast aperture). While manually focusing, you can hear a clicking from the turning of the AF drivetrain, but I believe this is normal since this lens lacks quickshift. The filter ring on these lenses is notorious for breaking... this one's in perfect condition, and is protected with by a filter with the glass removed to reinforce the front of the lens - you could remove this, but if you search around, you'll find many copies of this lens with broken fronts, so that's why I put it on.
