This lens is very sharp, even wide open, and close focuses to a 1:4.5 magnification. An awesome lens for flowers, with very nice bokeh at these close distances. This lens is in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition, with just a bit of wear on the paint marks on the barrel (less wear than is typical of the Sigma Super-Wide and Mini-Wide lenses I've seen), and some very slight cleaning marks in the coating of the front element - these are so small, they may as well be a few flecks of dust, and I doubt you could find evidence of them in a photo whatsoever. The manual focus is smooth, and the aperture is dry, clean and snappy. This lens has "A" mode contacts, and auto-exposure modes work perfectly with it. Some pics...
