As far as I know, there are 7.

SP
SP500
SP II
SP IIA
SP1000
SPF

Maybe SL, the SP without metering. The metering will not work anyway without the 1.35V battery.'


So total 7 variations.

There are actually more than 7. There is also the Spotmatic Electro, Spotmatic Electro Es and there are black versions of most of the versions.

Edit: only the F used the mercury 1.35v battery.

Not to forget the Spotmatic Motor Drive versions... Those have a different base plate with "Motor Drive" engraved on the front. There's also a transparent plastic Spotmatic.

Also, the original Spotmatic has a few variations (size of the metering switch, position of the top plate screw at the right).

Last, but not least, is the Giant Spotmatic I have in my collection
