Wanted: 50mm F1:7 F or FA

Basically I have a fairly limited budget and really would like to have a fast prime auto focus portrait lens. I'd like to spend under $150 if anybody would be willing to part with one for less.

I'd also be interested in different focal length primes. Thanks!
