Hello from North Wales, UK

Hi everyone,

I've been a bit of a 'lurker' here for a few months (making sure it was safe to come out!) and have picked up lots of advice from people just be reading through many interesting posts - so thanks to everyone, you helped me and you didn't even know I was here

I've had my K10D for around 6 months now and am starting to find my way round it, it's my first dSLR and I've been having great fun and am starting to feel the pull of LBA .....

Anyway, have a pic - this is the latest addition to our family, Salty. He's a bit of a poseur so you may see more of him!

Sorry Taff, Dwi ddim yn siarad Cymraeg ...

Although I live in beautiful Wales but I'm from across the border and don't speak Welsh. I had to Google the above phrase which I hope says I don't speak Welsh and nothing offensive

Thanks for the welcome chaps!

Hi Simon - I think we've briefly spoken on the other forum and have visited your site several times - I've always been impressed with your images of Snowdonia and surrounding areas.

Thanks Big Dave - I uploaded the photo here but it seems to have gained a bit of a 'funky' effect! I really need to find somewhere to host photo's. Anyway, Salty won't mind that as long as he's getting attention

Hi Simon - I guess some people didn't like the new look UK forum! I still visit there regular though.

Semai! (I got even less done in Cymry class than Gaeilge, as mentioned just now. . Is there something particularly Celtic about Pentax, here, or something? Cool. )
