Thanks for letting me in.

Hi, my name is John and Im from the East Coast of NSW Australia. Ive had my Pentax SlR for 2 years and only just found this forum. I wish I had found it earlier.(like 2 years earlier). The information and display of photography is excellent and to make things better the same brand of camera. I have been only on here a week and already learnt so much ans spent too much. I love landscape and sunrises and long exposures using ND filters. With the lens I have purchases I hope to try a bit of portrait and a bit of sport photography.I just hope the previous owner left a bit of his magic on the lens.
John

Welcome John.
You have a good set up to capture most of what you see around you.
Look forward to seeing more of your images here.
Sports demands quite long lenses, but if you're close to the action, the 100mm would come in handy!

Who let this guy in?

But seriously, welcome. My sister and her husband live in Killara. That's in New South Wales isn't it? I've not yet been able to visit but may do so some day.

Actually they live in some place with the name "Little Jilliby." Apparently it's hardly big enough to be on the map.
