I like how you've framed his head - the light building is in the right spot, I like the inclusion of the street light in the top corner, and the passerby... well if he were just past the face it would be a different composition. Maybe better, but more conventional. Here, I read the passerby as a beard, a continuation of your subject's facial hair. I like that ambiguity, for me that makes the pic. (Of course your subject's very interesting too)

I really like this shot, it looks like you like to do a lot or portrait work, and it shows. I love how there is room in the frame for him to look. I also like the contrast here to make him really stand out and gives me a real 3D feeling. One thing I would suggest is taking it without that blur around his face, I'm guessing that was a person walking. It isn't overly distracting, but I think it would be better without it.

Very cool. The expression realy adds to the photo. The blurred person in the background is a bit distracting but does not take away much from thist photo. I am trying to decide if a tigher crop (from the bottom) would be better , but I like the jacket in the shot.

Nicely done! I agree with the above comments that it would be even better without the blurred shadow under the subject's chin. The expression, composition, and conversion are really nice.
