I like the tones in this version better than the first you posted. Also like the lower amount of noise. The overhang in the upper right corner is distracting though. I wonder how it would look if you cropped the right side just enough to leave the bottom-right pillar, and then clone out the remaining overhang. Just an idea. A slight bump in contrast might be good too.

A nice abstract compostition. I agree the upper right hand corner (piece of a bridge?) is a bit distracting. If the original contains more of that structure I would include it or clone it out. It looks a bit misty or foggy which is a nice effect. Was that the case or is that noise ?

This was taken on a foggy and raining Sunday when I asked the guard if I could get onto the construction storage site to take some pictures. He wanted to see the pictures when I left. When I went back to change the size on the original I forgot to recrop. It does look better without the right side. I'll try posting another B&W from the site.
