This was my first foray into off camera flash. Lighting is from a Sunpak 544 fired through an umbrella. Unfortunately, I don't currently have any way to fire an off-camera flash (other than the six-inch PC cord that came with the Sunpak), so I had to ghetto it. I turned off all the ambient lights so that a long exposure would still give me blackness. Then I set the camera to 1/4 sec, fired it with a remote, and manually popped the flash with the test button. Seriously ghetto, but the end result is what matters, right? |
