| Description |
Good example of a photographer's screw-up leading to interesting results. This was taken at the park with my son and his friend, who were running around with toy pirate guns. I asked them to pose for a photo and I decided it would be neat if I lied on the ground and shot up at them with the trees and blue sky above. The 1st shot I took I didn't override the auto focus and my son stuck out his toy gun and that ended up being the only thing in focus. But the shot I intended to delete in post processing, with toy gun pointed downward at me, lying flat on my back in the dirt, and the unusually serious looks on their faces just seemed to scream "Dollar Store Mafia." |
