I started off with RAW PEF images, and converted them to 16 bitt TIFFs using Bibble Lite. In Bibble I also sharpened each image slightly and used noise ninja to remove the grain especially in the more under exposed shots. Photomatix Pro was then used to merge them and then tone map.
