Yes, that's correct. There are also prizes for the 6 runners up. The 50mm giveaway, however, is separate.
This article makes it seem like the k30 and waterproof point & shoot are 2 separate contests and that you could enter for each. However, aren't they just 1st & 2nd place awards for the same contest that you can only enter once -- with one submission for each of the 2 categories?
