Pentax K-70 Review
Image Quality Verdict
Thanks to its new 24-megapixel sensor and improved processing, the K-70 provides a notable step up from the K-S2 and other midrange Pentax DSLRs in terms of overall image quality. In some ways, it’s the most impressive cropped sensor in the Pentax stable, outdoing even the APS-C flagship K-3 II. Of particular note are the sensor’s handling of high-ISO noise and its dynamic range, which compare well to even the full-frame K-1.
