Pros: Great size, and storage space, great price!
Cons:

This is a great bag for the price. Its not equal to a Think tank or others, but for the price its amazing.
Here is a short YouTube review I created about it.

Pros: cheap, lots of room, decent quality
Cons: wish it were a little bit bigger

a great deal for lugging around all my gear. Its not weatherproof, but neither is my gear, so that's not much of an issue. Its not the most comfortable bag around, but I can wear it through a 2 hour photoshoot just fine.

holds:
K-x
Sigma 24-70 f2.8 EX DG Macro
Sigma 70-200 f2.8 HSM II EX DG Macro
Rokinon 14mm f/2.8
SMC-M 50mm f1.4
Albinar 28mm f/2.8 MC Macro
Rokinon 85mm f1.4
dual yn560 flashes
wireless triggers
random accessories
my netbook

And room to spare for my future 35mm f/1.4

UPDATE
Top strap broke from regular use, dinging a point off for build quality

Pros: Well made, ample storage, cost
Cons: None

I came across this backpack while researching camera bags for my K-x and 18-55mm / 55-300mm kit. I was a little hesitant at first because of its low price; thinking this is one of those “you get what you pay for” qualities. This is not one of them. The reviews were very positive. Out of 130 Amazon user reviews (as of this writing), the item is rated 4.5 stars out of 5. I figured for $35 if it didn’t meet my needs I could use it for something else.

When I pulled the item out of the box the first thing I noticed was how good of a quality the outer material is. Backpack appears to be well made with durable interior/exterior materials. Even more impressive is the enormous storage space which easily holds a dSLR with long zoom plus 3-4 additional lenses and other accessories. Quality and feel of internal paddings are virtually identical to other brands (Lowepro and Kata) I’ve tried in store. Looking at sample photos, this product bares striking resemblance to the Canon 200EG backpack. I wouldn’t be surprised if these were manufactured by a known brand and marketed by both Amazon and Canon

About the only negative comments some users have about this backpack is that every zipper has the Amazon Basics logo. Personally, I could care less what the zippers look like and would rather have them than a big logo of well known camera equipment; which usually translates to “steal me”.

For photographers wanting a well-made backpack with ample storage and protection, this Amazon Basics is highly recommended.
