Pros: | Stable as a rock, precise, user friendly. | Cons: | A touch heavy, maybe a touch long folded | | I have not needed a head so far since you have a 30° movable column with bubble level. Great for all pano work anywhere in any weather.
Ordered direct from germany from Canada.
A touch long when folded if you want to put it in a suitcase but very easy to dismantle each leg to accommodate the space.

Pros: | Lovely tripod, easily to get absolutely level. At a very low price! | Cons: | Slightly heavier than similar carbon tripod! | | I've been a Gitzo fan for decades, but this is somewhat past any Gitzo I ever used!
This is beyond a doubt the best tripod if you want one that easily can be set level! In the top of the tripod there is a sort of ball head, integral to the tripod itself, so you can easily adjust any problems with a sloping ground. Just set the tripod to the right height, and then adjust the 'head' so that it is level - can't be easier! The libelle, inegral to the head at the top of the tripod, makes level operation very easy - field test took about 30 seconds to get it level - that is way faster than any Gitzo I've tried - I have five!
