Pros: | Gets the job done well. | Cons: | Useless vacuum. | | I bought this cleaning kit to tackle my K100D sensor and it`s nasty habit of getting fouled up every time I turned around. Not a disappointment ever in the kit`s performance, except for the the weak vacuum. Hence the 9.
I did have some trouble with streaking one time but it turned out to be an operator error, too many drops of solution on the pad. The instructions are clear and if followed, produce desired results.
Highly recommended and I would buy again if necessary.

Pros: | wet cleaning for the sensor | Cons: | can leave streaks (wet does that...), the brushes are slightly too large in my opinion for APS-C sensors | | I've had the product for a year and use it as little as possible. Using this type of product should be done as sparingly as possible since rubbing anything on the sensor of your camera can lead to ruining your sensor.
I've used this three times to get rid of things the camera itself and the Giotto's blower would not take care of. I've found I need it more as I include more manual focus (especially M42) lenses as I swap out more lenses and the M42 adapter I use fits into the camera, not the lens. Because of this, the sensor spends more time exposed than it did when I first started.
This kit has done the trick each time I've used it. I recommend it for anyone who has spots on their shots that nothing else will get rid of - but use this after cleaning the lenses, and using a heavier blower. It's not something you want to use frequently.
