padding on the pad is thinner on one side than the other, the pad has small ridges but to me it is slightly gummy

you apparently are suppose to use it so the thicker portion of the pad is on the shoulder side and the narrow is on the neck side

Pros:	works well and can fit various straps
Cons:	none

I got this because I tend to carry heavy lenses

it works well and the velcro fasteners allow to fit various sized straps

it is available at various retailers at various prices
