Pros: Image quality is outstanding!!!
Cons: smallish ink cartridges, have to switch photo&matte blacks

This uses the same ink as the $5000 Epson’s and the quality is just as good. The colors are amazing!

Pros: print quality, print speed, ability to print up to 13X14" prints
Cons: smallish ink cartridges, have to switch photo&matte blacks

This printer is AWESOME. It's only real drawback is the small size of the ink cartridges. They are not overly expensive, but if you are printing a lot you will be replacing them a lot. The R3880 has much larger cartridges, but is also twice the cost.

The R2880 makes prints that are darn near indistinguisable from traditional darkroom prints and handles any kind of paper I have thrown at it without a hitch... even canvas...
