Pros:	Rock Solid Tripod, it just works...
Cons:	None

Seems to be not much love here for Gitzo on the forum, so just a quick review.

It's just a joy to use, does all that one could ask of a tripod and does it well. All in all, a fine piece of engineering and when used in conjunction with my RRS Ball Head, provides a perfect tool for my needs.

At the same time, I also bought a set of Gitzo Spikes to suit, for use in soft Scottish countryside.

It's just above my eye level (with head and camera on) without bottom/last section of legs extended. Borrowed one from a colleague recently, I was impressed enough to buy my own.

7 Year Warranty too.
