There are times when I have wanted a wired remote for my K-70 but $40 for the Pentax CS-310 is just silly.
I read some threads here and searched eBay and settled on this.
It is $9 USD shipped so it is pretty easy to buy. Operation is simple too. Half press is AF, full press is shutter,
It even has a little tag on it saying which end to insert in the camera. Not a big deal but it is thoughtful and saves a few seconds.
As I said, the down side is that it is pretty basic but it definitely works as described so I give it a 10.
