pleasantly surprised.
nobody bought my 100mm lens when i switched to sony, so i decided to buy this adapter and use it on my new ff a7s.
tried a cheap photodiox adapter at pro photo and it didnt feel that great, so gambled on this one.
the fit is very snug, the tolerances on it are very tight.
specifically for da and d fa lenses, the aperture wheel only clicks 8 steps between fully open and fully colsed, so depending on the lens, it won’t open to the same aperture as it would mounted directly on a k mount body. the aperture control however clicks in a satisfying and controlled manner.
focus to infinity correctly.
no light leak.

i honestly feel bad for paying so little, i wish i could donate an extra 25 bucks to anyone who labored over this.
it’s a hollow tube with aperture control, don’t know what else to say about it other than that the quality is quite impressive and i no longer have any desire to test out the 200 dollar novoflex version.
absolutely love it.
